📋 Description
• Collaborate with Product owners & user experience design team to gather requirements & document requirements in BDD format • Work with product owners to get sign off on requirements • Translate demo feedback from Product owners into requirements and track the scope changes • Work with Dev & QA team to Groom user stories • Work along with development & QA team to clarify questions pertaining requirements • Review work of BA peersParticipate and contribute to Agile ceremonies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or master’s degree in business/MBA • Experience in performing requirements analysis and documentation • Knowledge and experience in Insurance domain (premium audit preferably) • Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology • Should be a strong communicator & good team player
