• Define and scope programs that help solve business challenges • Establish and monitor success metrics • Hold stakeholders accountable for progress • Facilitate relationships between teams and move initiatives forward • Predict roadblocks and establish best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in program or project management • A Bachelor’s degree or higher • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement • Comfortable shifting between direct detailed analysis and big picture thinking
