📋 Description

• Assist with the day-to-day product cadence alongside the Product Director • Manage product meetings and follow-ups • Groom the backlog and write detailed, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria in Linear • Keep the backlog organized and sprint-ready • Track release progress across engineering and QA • Proactively inform stakeholders of release status, risks, and timelines • Create wireframes and mockups using AI design and prototyping tools • Apply strong UI/UX judgment to keep the product intuitive and polished • Use Claude/ChatGPT and other AI workflows to analyze data, close process gaps, and resolve bottlenecks • Bridge engineering, UI/UX design, and business priorities • Work directly with the Product Director across the full product lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on product management experience specifically within software/SaaS environments • Direct experience working on B2B SaaS products • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or intranet products is a strong plus • Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Linear or a similar agile tracking tool, GitHub, and Claude (CLI and app) or comparable AI tooling • Strong eye for design and foundational knowledge of UI/UX workflows • Proven ability to produce mockups with AI-assisted tools • Solid technical background with strong software development familiarity • Ability to discuss APIs, web technologies, and architecture with engineers • Deeper hands-on experience with JavaScript/React or the Microsoft 365/SharePoint ecosystem is a significant advantage • Application must include the word “compass” • English communication required for the introductory video and application • High-speed Internet connection sufficient to fulfill job responsibilities online • Ability to participate in Zoom calls with camera on and share screen • A Claude Code or Codex project of your own is a big plus
