• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management. • Working knowledge of the modern retail landscape in assigned territories. • Experience with Salesforce or CRM/CSP is a plus. • Able to lead cooperative efforts among members of project teams. • Collaborative and consultative skills to influence others across several functional areas. • Able to interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. • Shows thought leadership. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Self-motivated and organized, with excellent follow-up. • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently. • Must be located in the region. • Expect to average 50% travel. • Experience with preparing and adhering to a budget.
