📋 Description

• Deliver live training sessions (virtual and onsite) for clients and internal users on AI-driven tools and platforms • Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, presentations, and recorded sessions • Translate technical functionality into clear, business-friendly instruction • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to stay current on new features and capabilities • Support client onboarding and adoption of new systems and workflows • Provide post-training support, answering user questions and reinforcing learning • Customize training content based on client use cases and business needs • Assist in building training programs and enablement strategies for AI solutions • Gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user adoption • Support rollout of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in technical training, software training, or client enablement roles • Experience delivering client-facing training sessions or workshops • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts • Experience working with data tools or business applications (Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple training sessions and stakeholders simultaneously • Comfortable presenting to groups and executives
