📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage complex data architectures aligned with Sicredi’s strategic and business needs. • Lead automation and infrastructure initiatives, applying best practices to increase efficiency and resilience. • Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of cloud solutions while proposing and implementing continuous improvements. • Serve as a technical mentor to junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams, influencing technical decisions and supporting the implementation of complex projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SQL. • Experience using Python for data processing and manipulation. • Experience with Spark. • Experience with Databricks. • Knowledge of structured and semi-structured data formats, especially JSON. • Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines. • Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture. • Experience with version control and software engineering best practices. • Preferred: Experience with cloud environments. • Preferred: Knowledge of Data Lake, Lakehouse, and modern data architectures. • Preferred: Experience with pipeline observability and monitoring. • Preferred: Experience with DataOps practices. • Preferred: Knowledge of analytical environments and AI/Analytics initiatives.
