• Serve as the focal point for the Insurance Vertical on matters related to administrative and business contracts with insurers; • Support the analysis, organization, control and monitoring of contracts, amendments and operational agreements; • Assist in the review of contractual clauses (operational, financial and risk-related), liaising with internal areas and Legal; • Ensure document organization, traceability and governance of contracts; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes. • Act as the focal point and coordinator for Executive Committees with insurers; • Plan, organize and follow up on agendas, materials, minutes and action items from the Committees; • Coordinate alignments between internal areas and insurers before, during and after Committee meetings; • Monitor decisions, commitments and action plans arising from executive forums; • Support the strengthening of relationships with partners. • Act as the orchestrator of requests directed to insurers; • Organize, prioritize, consolidate and track requests originating from internal areas; • Ensure clarity of scope, deadlines and responsible parties in interactions with partners; • Reduce communication noise, rework and overlap of requests; • Support the structuring of workflows, SLAs, KPIs and follow-up routines. • Support activities related to internal controls, governance and the organization of the insurance operation; • Assist with interfaces for internal and external audits, when requested; • Contribute to the organization of records, evidence and area information; • Support improvements to processes, workflows and governance routines.
• Experience in administrative areas, controls, governance or operations; • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law or related fields; • Microsoft Office suite (Excel intermediate/advanced; Power BI desirable); • Ability to organize, analyze and track multiple requests; • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • **Differentials** • Experience in the insurance market or working with insurers; • Experience with contracts, operational agreements or partnership management; • Previous involvement with committees, executive forums or governance; • Knowledge of internal controls, risk or compliance.
