📋 Description

• Anticipate problems and opportunities, proposing continuous improvements to journeys, segmentations, and activation strategies. • Ensure hypotheses and strategies are data-driven, using performance metrics and learnings from tests. • Assist in building best practices, processes, and governance for platform usage. • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose continuous improvements for the journeys under your responsibility. • Lead the collection, analysis, and communication of initiative results, providing visibility to stakeholders and feeding the backlog based on learnings. • Contribute to a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive environment aligned with cooperative values and Sicredi culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in Martech, data, and relationship platforms. • Hands-on experience with CDPs, CRM systems, and customer segmentation. • Ability to translate business objectives into Martech functional requirements. • Knowledge of marketing metrics, experimentation (test & learn), and results optimization. • Strong data analysis skills, and the ability to define and track success metrics (KPIs) for decision-making. • Clear and effective communication, with the ability to interact with and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Alignment with cooperative values, contributing to a diverse, inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment.
