• Perform reconciliations and accounting entries for Cooperatives affiliated with Sicredi, ensuring quality and timeliness. • Participate in processes related to the accounting close between the 1st and 5th business day. • Prepare accounting data to support decision-making together with product and business teams. • Assist with audit engagements (internal and external). • Support the collection of information for the preparation of Notes to the Financial Statements. • Take ownership and demonstrate genuine interest in the business, maintaining strong relationships with Cooperatives and partner areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Solid knowledge of accounting, with practical experience in accounting routines for financial institutions. • Experience in accounting and reconciliation processes, including reconciliations between accounting and operational systems. • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. • Analytical ability to interpret and apply accounting and regulatory standards, with a focus on compliance and the integrity of information. • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with cooperatives and internal teams to understand and map accounting processes. • Data-oriented profile with knowledge of tools for data extraction, analysis, and visualization in a corporate environment. • Work with an agile mindset, promoting collaboration, autonomy, transparency, innovation, and continuous learning. • Investigative, proactive, and challenge-driven profile. • ***Desired qualifications (these are not mandatory and will not prevent you from applying). Having one or more of these qualifications will be a differential in your interview***: • Experience in financial institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil. • Participation in internal or external audits focused on accounting and regulatory processes. • Experience in continuous improvement or digital transformation projects in accounting and finance. • Experience automating accounting and regulatory processes using tools such as Python/SQL scripts. • Participation in implementation projects of the New Chart of Accounts for Institutions of the National Financial System (Novo COSIF). • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA. • Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI and Databricks. • Knowledge of the operation and principles of Credit Cooperatives. • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s in fields such as Accounting, Controllership, Finance, or Financial Markets.
