📋 Description

• Implement, migrate, upgrade and optimize performance in database environments • Identify and propose automations to resolve operational bottlenecks • Manage mission-critical environments • Collaborate with development teams • Monitor and implement monitoring mechanisms to maintain environments • Develop and implement infrastructure as code, including automation, deployment and Continuous Delivery • Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to create and execute action plans • Support internal and external audits by explaining database processes and extracting evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing and administering Oracle databases and Oracle GoldenGate • Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL is a plus • Familiarity with at least one public cloud provider • Strong knowledge of Linux (mandatory) • Knowledge of AIX is desirable • Desirable experience with DevOps culture and automation for provisioning, configuration, version control and monitoring of databases • Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Shell scripting or Java
