📋 Description

• Support the execution of CAS’s organizational culture initiatives, ensuring organization, follow-up and quality of deliverables. • Maintain and organize the operation of actions related to SER CAS and EPEPA, supporting campaigns and engagement initiatives. • Act as a point of contact in the interface with partner areas (Internal Communications, Learning/Education, other People & Culture areas, Business), ensuring alignment and operational fluidity. • Support the organization, production and updating of cultural content, such as literacy materials, presentations, articles and guides, under the team’s conceptual guidance. • Assist in the preparation of materials and scripts for formative activities (workshops, talks, meetings) connected to the cultural strategy. • Support the governance of cultural management by organizing agendas, recording decisions and tracking follow-ups. • Assist in the collection, organization and consolidation of indicators related to culture, engagement and the evolution of People & Culture artifacts. • Contribute to the evolution of cultural and systemic artifacts by supporting reviews and updates. • Collaborate on the experimentation of cultural solutions, supporting pilots, tests and adjustments based on practical learnings.

• Ability to work with systems thinking, understanding culture as an integrated part of the management model, strategy and organizational structure. • Organized, responsible and disciplined profile, capable of handling multiple demands and supporting the execution of complex initiatives. • Genuine interest in organizational culture, human behavior and organizational change. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, coherence and language tailored to different audiences. • Analytical perspective to organize information, content and indicators, supporting diagnostics and decision-making. • Ability to work collaboratively, respecting roles, levels of decision-making and conceptual guidance. • Adaptability to operate in dynamic environments with competing priorities. • Willingness to learn, test, adjust and evolve cultural practices based on experience. • Familiarity with work management and organization tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Figma or similar.
