📋 Description

• Coordinate batch allocation with the Quality department, consolidating and grouping information to ensure the final product is available within the delivery window; • Ensure that systems are the official source of information and that data is kept up to date; • Support the development of KPIs and reports to build the operational execution plan together with operations teams; • Assist in monitoring planned vs. actual performance based on operational planning data, contributing to more accurate decision-making; • Monitor targets, deadlines and the quality of operational records, ensuring execution aligns with the delivery schedule communicated by Sales; • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and continuous improvement to increase the efficiency and reliability of administrative operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agronomy, Production/Industrial Engineering or Data Science; • Advanced Excel; • Advanced Power BI is desirable; • Knowledge of management systems and Microsoft Office suite; • Experience in analysis and consolidation of operational data, dashboard interpretation and generating information to support decision-making; • Desirable experience in real-time operational monitoring or in environments requiring continuous tracking of operations, KPIs and deviations; • Desirable applied knowledge of operational indicators (KPIs) related to agricultural productivity, operational efficiency, costs, quality and compliance with planning; • Desirable experience with agricultural management systems, operational platforms, machine telemetry, work orders and agricultural planning data;
