📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable software solutions using development best practices. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. • Maintain and optimize existing systems, ensuring application performance and security. • Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers. • Contribute to the definition of development standards and processes, promoting continuous improvement within the team. • Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends, proposing innovations that add business value.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development, with proficiency in languages such as Java. • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including Oracle and MongoDB. • Experience with distributed event streaming platforms (Apache Kafka). • Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Ability to work with RESTful APIs and system integrations. • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
