📋 Description

• Identify friction points within the sales funnel and propose improvements • Implement and optimize workflows, conversion rates, and collaboration tools • Allocate accounts and sales territories • Plan annual sales capacity and targets in collaboration with the CRO • Define commission tiers, thresholds, accelerators, and caps • Collaborate with HR and the CRO to communicate plans to teams • Validate recorded MRR/ARR in Salesforce and check SQL/opportunity conversions • Identify biases or unintended effects and propose adjustments • Build Salesforce dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making • Act as the main point of contact between local teams and the group

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a SalesOps for a B2B Saas company • Expert in Salesforce • Strong command of variable compensation models (quota-based, uncapped, accelerators) • Knowledge of BI and CRM tools • Ability to structure complex analyses and translate them into actionable recommendations • Fluent in English and French
