• Manages strategic relationships with key accounts to maximize opportunities in the lighting projects business. • Delivers sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the assigned territory. • Builds and nurtures strong, multi-level relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. • Manages complex interactions across the customer ecosystem to ensure alignment and collaboration. • Leads commercial discussions and negotiates contracts to maximize profitability.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales within the lighting or related project ecosystem. • Experience working with specifiers, consultants, and contractors in a B2B environment. • Relevant sales or project management certifications are essential.
