📋 Description

• Retain and expand assigned accounts in their geographic area. • Serve as the key day-to-day customer contact. • Promote and sell Signode’s high-performance packaging system used in multiple industries. • Manage existing customers as end-to-end seller. • Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing all Signode products and services. • Own renewal and expansion selling (cross-sell and up-sell). • Create and maintain account plans for key accounts. • Pull through national account sales at the local level. • Resolve customer inquiries, problems, and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction. • Maintain up-to-date sales opportunities and customer records in accordance with company instructions. • Provide industry insight to peers, including product management, product development and equipment sales teams. • Collaborate with internal teams on account management, projects, and department initiatives. • Arrange an effective Time and Territory Management Plan that maximizes sales efficiency. • Participate in Training & Development opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in STEM, Business, Sales or similar field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 5+ years in consultative sales experience, industrial sales experience is a must. • Must live in Mississippi or Louisiana; travel overnight – up to 50%. • Prefer knowledge of Signode’s products and applications. • Ability to use a CRM and read dashboards on PowerBi, with general MS Office proficiency. • Strong Interpersonal skills to drive current customers and prospect engagement.
