📋 Description

• Partner closely with recruiters and clinicians throughout the hiring and booking process • Verify candidate qualifications, references, work history, and documentation • Help prepare traveler profiles and applications for submission • Support booking-related administrative processes • Collaborate cross-functionally to help move candidates through the pipeline quickly and efficiently • Provide ongoing support and communication throughout assignments • Meet performance goals and KPIs in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment • Strong communication and follow-through • Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly • High level of professionalism and discretion • Prior sales, recruiting support, staffing, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
