📋 Description

• You’ll oversee a team of Territory Account Managers and Account Representatives, providing the leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance they need to succeed. • Drive a high-performing sales team within your geographic area to achieve ANSYS annual sales targets for new business. • Mentor, coach, and educate sales personnel on advanced sales techniques and tactics, fostering their growth and success. • Develop and execute comprehensive territory strategies to ensure revenue growth across all ANSYS products and services. • Collaborate with sales personnel to identify and develop long-term opportunities with major clients, fostering strong partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or sales. • At least 5 years of proven success in sales management within the engineering software industry.
