📋 Description

• Partner with the EVP of Sales to achieve the revenue, share, and profit growth objectives in the food service business. • Develop and implement the right customer-specific plans for those accounts in a manner that is not disruptive to the balance of the market. • Lead a team of salespersons and brokers. • Provide recommendations on the optimal manner of 'going to market' at the customer level. • Lead the execution of plans to establish and maintain deep and lasting relationships with customers. • Tracks and reports on the progress of establishing partnerships with customers and achieving sales objectives. • Assess and report on the progress made with each customer to ensure the goals are achieved and adjustments are made promptly. • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and HQ for all forecasting activities. • Maintain forecast models for customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from key sources. • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of sales experience in the food service business, partnering with customers within this segment and driving sales. • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field is required. • Demonstrated experience in both direct and broker sales models. • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales goals. • Demonstrated experience in a key leadership role with success at leading a sales organization that services customers in multiple distribution channels. • Possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be a team player who can collaborate with internal and external resources. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
