📋 Description

• Perform financial reconciliations for a portfolio of international clients • Monitor receipts, clearing and outstanding balances • Provide financial support to international clients and distributors • Validate and follow up on outstanding issues with partner departments • Prepare internal and external financial reports • Perform proactive portfolio monitoring and collection activities • Conduct reconciliations and manage receivables within accounts receivable • Ensure the portfolio's financial information is up to date and controlled • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or related fields • Intermediate to advanced Excel • Experience with ERPs (SAP is a plus) • Previous experience in treasury and accounts receivable • Intermediate English or Spanish for interaction with international clients and distributors • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Organized, with a sense of priorities and ability to work in a dynamic environment
