📋 Description

• Perform end-to-end review of new customer applications for 10DLC and Toll-Free messaging enablement. • Validate submitted business information • use cases • campaign details • and supporting documentation. • Assess compliance against carrier requirements • internal policies • and regulatory frameworks. • Submit approved 10DLC brands and campaigns to The Campaign Registry (TCR). • Submit Toll-Free use cases and brand registrations via Zipwhip or applicable systems. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions to minimize carrier rejection risk. • Conduct enhanced vetting requests when additional validation is required. • Provide compliance-oriented guidance to customers to align use cases with SMS regulations. • Support customer reorientation when use cases are non-compliant or require restructuring for approval. • Maintain professional communication standards during rejection and remediation workflows. • Open and manage technical support tickets for provisioning • number activation • import issues • and messaging failures. • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to resolve implementation-related defects. • Execute text-enable and number import workflows following approval. • Monitor and enforce adherence to SMS messaging policies and carrier regulations. • Initiate campaign deactivation or account suspension for non-compliant usage.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in messaging compliance • SMS onboarding • SaaS business operations • or similar regulated environments. • Familiarity with carrier registration systems such as The Campaign Registry (TCR) and Toll-Free verification workflows. • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent operational workflows under strict compliance requirements. • Experience working with customer-facing escalation and remediation processes.
