📋 Description

• Define and evolve testing strategies for enterprise applications and products • Lead test automation, validation, and execution initiatives • Develop QA frameworks, accelerators, and best practices • Implement automation for Web applications, APIs, and microservices • Plan and execute functional, exploratory, integration, and non-functional testing • Establish performance, load, stress, and resilience testing strategies • Support squads with a focus on quality, reliability, and observability • Use AI to generate scenarios, analyze coverage, and optimize testing • Define quality metrics, standards, and governance • Establish and evolve test factories, supporting the development and maturity of QA teams • Drive continuous improvement across software development and delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English for professional communication • Experience defining testing strategies for complex systems • Strong background in test automation and Quality Engineering • Experience establishing or leading test factories and QA teams • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) • Knowledge of requirements, test, and defect traceability • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail • Experience automating tests for Web applications, APIs, and microservices • Experience in Performance Engineering using tools such as k6, JMeter, Gatling, or similar technologies • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience with distributed architectures and microservices • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Hands-on experience applying Generative AI to Software Quality, including test generation, synthetic data, and results analysis • Experience with at least two of the following languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C# • Preferred qualifications: Security Testing (SAST, DAST, and IAST); OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, and ABAC; SQL and NoSQL databases; Brazil’s LGPD and data anonymization; FinOps applied to QA environments; Developer Experience (DX); intelligent test impact analysis
