📋 Description

• Design, develop and implement robust, scalable software solutions using Java • Develop, optimize and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs • Design and implement microservices-based solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and security issues • Perform code reviews, identify improvements and enforce coding standards • Work with software architects to define standards and best practices • Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers • Identify opportunities to apply AI in products, processes and internal workflows • Ensure best practices in security, observability, performance and scalability • Contribute to the advancement of engineering maturity, automation and the responsible use of AI across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java (Java 8+ / Java 11 or higher) • Strong command of the Spring Framework ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud) • Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs • Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture • Experience with integration patterns and asynchronous communication • Knowledge of event-driven architecture • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar) • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis or similar) • Knowledge of data modeling and query optimization • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalent technologies • Knowledge of integration between enterprise systems and external APIs • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar • Experience with monitoring, observability and troubleshooting in production environments • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) • Experience with unit, integration and test automation • Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns and Clean Architecture • Experience with code review and software engineering best practices • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support the software development lifecycle • Ability to use AI for requirements analysis and refinement, solution modeling, code generation and review, test creation and automation, technical documentation and analysis of technical impacts and risks • Knowledge of integration with generative AI APIs and services • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, ensuring quality, security and alignment with business needs • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Ability to facilitate discussions with business, product and technology stakeholders • Negotiation skills and experience managing expectations • Ability to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical solutions • Ability to influence decisions without formal authority • Act as a technical reference within the team
