📋 Description

• Evolve established Java systems, contributing to refactoring, architecture improvements and new features • Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance and continuous refactoring • Participate in defining technical solutions with engineering and product teams • Take responsibility for delivery quality, including implementation, testing, code reviews and validation • Work with technical autonomy, serve as a technical reference within the team, and support the technical growth of other developers • Work using pair programming, code reviews and continuous improvement • Use AI tools and resources to support development and increase productivity • Operate in a business-domain-oriented environment, with a deep understanding of rules in the financial context

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Java development, including working with Java 6, 8 and 11 • Experience developing and evolving Java applications in monolithic architectures • Experience with Spring for building APIs • Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit • Strong command of Clean Code, SOLID principles, code design and refactoring • Ability to read, analyze and refactor complex code • Plus: basic knowledge of React • Plus: experience or familiarity with Spec Driven Development (SDD) • Plus: knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies
