📋 Description

• Design, develop and implement robust, scalable software solutions using Java • Develop, optimize and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs • Design and implement microservices-based solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Address complex performance and security issues • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to coding standards • Collaborate with software architects to define standards and best practices • Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a continuous learning environment • Identify opportunities to apply AI in products, processes and internal journeys, driving efficiency and quality improvements • Ensure best practices for security, observability, performance and scalability of the developed solutions • Promote and disseminate development and software engineering standards • Contribute to the evolution of engineering maturity, automation and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence within the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Java (Java 8+ / Java 11 or higher) • Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud) • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar) • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis or similar) • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience with messaging and asynchronous communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalents) • Knowledge of event-driven architecture • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar • Experience with monitoring, observability and troubleshooting in production environments • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) • Experience with unit testing, integration testing and test automation • Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns and Clean Architecture • Experience with code reviews and software engineering practices • Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs and building agents • Python or an equivalent language • Practical experience using AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle • Ability to leverage AI for requirements analysis and refinement, solution modeling, code generation and review, test creation and automation, technical documentation and impact/risk analysis • Knowledge of integrating with generative AI APIs and services • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, ensuring quality, safety and business alignment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Ability to lead discussions with business, product and technology stakeholders • Negotiation and expectation management skills • Ability to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technological solutions • Ability to influence decisions without formal authority and serve as a technical reference
