📋 Description

• Independently plan and implement MDM projects, with a focus on quality, budget, and deadlines • Analyze requirements, develop viable concepts, and prepare management decisions • Design, implement, and optimize processes to ensure data quality and improve efficiency • Define roles, responsibilities, and structures for effective data governance and seamless process workflows • Use data analytics to optimize master data models and support data-driven business decisions • Advise and inspire clients with innovative Master Data Management and Data Governance solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for data, its structuring and quality assurance, as well as for structuring and organizing workflows and responsibilities • Proven expertise in managing IT projects, ideally in the MDM environment • Experience with SAP MDG or comparable tools • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following areas: Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, or Data Transformation • Industry knowledge in Retail, Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Production, or related sectors is an advantage • Strong service orientation, with a passion for consulting and taking on functional leadership responsibilities • Independent working style, initiative, and a high level of personal responsibility • Excellent German communication skills (C1/C2 level) • Good command of English • Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
