📋 Description

• Support HR Managers with daily operations and operational personnel matters • Create and maintain employment contract documents and employee master data • Support and manage administrative HR processes • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes as well as general HR workflows • Participate in HR projects and take on organizational tasks within the HR area

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field • Interest in HR topics and ideally some practical experience in the HR area • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) • Structured, reliable and discreet working style combined with strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, a strong team orientation, and very good German language skills (English is an advantage)
