📋 Description

• Own the organic social media presence from initial concept through to the finished post. • Create content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, and posts. • Produce and edit videos using creator content and original footage. • Manage the communities on Instagram and Facebook, responding to comments and messages. • Turn recurring customer questions into Stories and Reels. • Source UGC creators, negotiate barter deals, and work with platforms such as Trybe. • Write creative briefs and shot lists for creators, collect content, and keep it organized. • Appear on camera and create content from everyday life, the warehouse, and the community. • Contribute to ad creatives and record voice-overs for ads. • Manage affiliate and deal partners, identify new partners, and grow the channel. • Develop the tone of voice and visual identity of the channels. • Analyze performance and use the results to plan the following month.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing or content production, ideally for a brand or in e-commerce. • Proficient in video editing with CapCut, Premiere, or a comparable tool. • Pleasant, natural speaking voice and willingness to record voice-overs regularly. • Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for appearing on camera. • Willingness to appear on camera, on microphone, and in Stories. • Ability to identify and test trends and formats early. • Confident community management in a friendly, direct tone. • Native-level German proficiency. • Strong self-organization in a remote setup. • Nice to have: initial experience with affiliate or deal platforms, as well as negotiating with creators and their management teams.
