📋 Description

• Manage and develop eCommerce and agency clients • Analyze existing setups, identify optimization opportunities, and integrate DatAds into daily processes • Conduct regular calls with clients • Provide support via Slack • Guide clients on strategic questions related to creatives and campaigns • Identify growth opportunities among existing clients • Proactively reach out to inactive and former leads via the CRM • Create copy, emails, and short updates to strengthen customer retention and communicate success • Support sales activities • Work closely with founders Max and Daniel • Contribute ideas and continuously improve internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance advertising (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok) • Experience with operational campaign management and strategic campaign development • Ideally, experience at an agency or as a freelancer • Hands-on mentality • Growth mindset and strong self-motivation • Confident and personable in customer communications, both in writing and via video calls • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
