📋 Description

• Enthuse and acquire new clients for the gkk service portfolio • Sell social media services, community management and marketing campaigns • Build long-term customer partnerships • Analyze market potential and develop targeted sales strategies • Take responsibility for revenue and results • Design tailored marketing solutions together with clients • Support implementation of solutions in close coordination with specialist teams • Collaborate with the Head of New Business and the operational units of the gkk and walter services group • Document sales progress and target achievement • Monitor market trends and manage service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification • Proven practical experience in B2B sales or key account management for services—ideally in marketing, social media, community management or agency services • Strong service orientation • A good sense for digital trends • Persuasive communication skills when engaging decision‑makers and C-level clients • Independent, solution-oriented way of working • High initiative and flexibility for a dynamic environment • Willingness to attend occasional on-site client meetings and participate in industry events and trade shows
