📋 Description

• Planning, creating and publishing blog articles on relevant topics related to online marketing, funnels and digital business models • Developing creative content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms) to increase reach, engagement and brand awareness • Researching industry trends, customer questions and current topics to continuously develop new content ideas • Producing and preparing texts, graphics and other content formats in collaboration with the marketing and design teams • Analyzing the performance of blog and social media content and deriving optimization measures for future posts • Producing videos, reels and shorts and regularly appearing on camera • Actively integrating modern AI tools into content production

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, social media management, online editorial work or a comparable role • Strong instinct for audience-appropriate communication • Ability to present content in a clear, creative and engaging way • Fluent German • Good English skills for research and collaboration with the international team • Structured and independent working style • Proactive contribution of new ideas • Interest in online marketing, digital business models and current content and social media trends • Openness to new technologies and willingness to actively integrate AI into your work • Nice to have: Experience with SEO, content optimization and keyword research • Nice to have: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or comparable content tools • Nice to have: Experience with marketing automation, funnel systems or content management systems • Nice to have: Exposure to performance marketing, e.g. Meta Ads and Google Ads, and data-driven content optimization
