📋 Description

• Produce videos from briefing to final edit • Handle editing, subtitles, text overlays, music and sound • Edit for performance and optimize hooks and edit variants based on hook rate and watch time • Edit videos tailored to veterinarians and pet owners • Develop templates, subtitle styles and sound libraries for efficient workflows • Independently organize and prioritize requests, communicate capacity and meet deadlines • Ask specific questions or propose solutions when briefs are unclear • Test new editing techniques and AI tools and integrate them into the workflow • If needed, shoot suitable social media content with a smartphone on short notice

🎯 Requirements

• You can edit and enjoy editing • You can show two to three of your own video edits • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut • Active social media use and understanding of current effective hooks, sounds and formats • Curiosity about AI in image, audio and text and willingness to try new tools independently • Reliable self-organization in a remote environment • Meet deadlines and ask questions when unclear • Communicate early if time is tight • Willingness to produce a high volume and implement feedback quickly • Take responsibility for your own outcomes • Internship, working student position or mini-job as possible employment models • Two to three self-edited videos as application samples
