📋 Description

• Develop, plan, and publish engaging TikTok content that drives reach • Monitor current trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them creatively for our brand • Appear as a creator on our channel • Work closely with our Marketing and Design teams to produce high-quality content • Coordinate collaborations with content creators and influencers • Analyze content performance and derive optimization measures based on relevant KPIs • Support the continued development of our social media strategy and actively contribute your own ideas • Support content creation for Instagram Reels and other social media channels as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally with a focus on TikTok • A strong understanding of how content performs on TikTok and what truly resonates with users • A good instinct for trends, storytelling, and viral formats • Alignment with our values and philosophy; an interest in animal welfare is a plus • A creative, independent working style and the ability to implement ideas quickly • A data-driven mindset and the ability to use KPIs to continuously optimize content • Previous experience collaborating with content creators or influencers is a plus • Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage • A hands-on mentality, initiative, and enthusiasm for social media • Residence in Germany • Complete application documents, including a CV, cover letter with salary expectations and earliest possible start date, and references/certificates
