📋 Description

• Build and systematically manage the influencer program • Identify and reach out to creators • Negotiate contracts and manage campaigns • Plan content calendars and execute content operationally across social media channels • Manage the community and drive reach and engagement • Measure performance and report on influencer and social media campaigns • Work closely with Content Marketing, Art Direction, and the AI Content & Design Creator

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in influencer marketing and/or social media management • Ideally, experience in consumer health, beauty, or FMCG • An established network of creators and agencies is a plus • Manage activities based on reach, engagement, and ROI • Creativity, strong organizational skills, and excellent negotiation abilities • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to work innovatively
