📋 Description

• Own content, community engagement, and brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook • Manage topic planning, content production, and performance analysis • Develop and create informative and entertaining social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos • Ensure a consistent brand presence and independently make decisions regarding tone of voice and communication strategy • Track and analyze community metrics and key performance indicators • Prepare reports and derive well-founded recommendations for developing community initiatives • Manage and moderate social media channels and online community platforms • Respond to questions and comments while fostering a positive community atmosphere • Develop and implement growth projects and strategies to increase community size and engagement • Identify and leverage trends and opportunities to further develop the online presence • Contribute to cross-channel campaign activations • Represent the brand online and offline and support community and PR events as well as trade shows • Translate technical inquiries from other teams into compelling video content • Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development teams to incorporate community feedback into decision-making • Occasionally attend on-site events or filming days

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management and content creation • Demonstrated experience building and managing Instagram channels • Ability to independently develop formats and channel strategies • Excellent instinct for copy, visuals, and video • Comfortable and confident on camera, with a willingness to film content in your own home • Ability to analyze performance data and derive optimizations and prioritization decisions from it • Experience collaborating with internal teams and making cross-functional decisions • High level of ownership and self-motivation • Confident use of AI-powered tools in a social media context • Proficient, hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite, including analyzing and interpreting metrics
