📋 Description

• Own the Transformation End-to-End • Be accountable for Fleet Ops target architecture • Sequence the roadmap across teams and make strategic calls • Build canonical data and event backbone • Drive legacy decommissioning • Run strategic forums and brief the executive committee • Partner with lifecycle business owners and country GMs

🎯 Requirements

• Deep product judgement and engineering credibility • Experience in problem framing, prioritization, and surface consolidation • Strong background in system design, data and event architecture, legacy modernization, and delivery at scale • Experience migrating real systems off mainframe and legacy estates • Ability to sequence multi-team roadmaps and manage executive stakeholder alignment • Fluent in English, German is a plus
