📋 Description

• Preparation of conceptual, approval and construction drawings for new-build and renovation projects • Development of creative and functional architectural concepts taking into account technical, ecological and economic requirements • Coordination with specialist planners, site management and clients • Participation in tendering, contract awarding and site supervision • Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) • Professional experience in design and execution planning, preferably in building construction • Proficient in CAD and 3D design tools (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD) • Creativity, technical understanding and strong organizational skills • Team player with strong communication skills and an independent, responsible working style
