📋 Description

• Process and validate high-volume payments and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and organization in the workflow • Validate reimbursement invoices and receipts for domestic and international cards • Assist with operational bank reconciliations • Record and track financial transactions in the ERP (Oracle) • Contribute to the organization and improvement of the team's financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Ongoing or completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields • Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on operational and repetitive tasks with quality • Intermediate Excel • Organized, responsible, and proactive • Previous experience in financial routines, even as an intern (desirable) • Familiarity with ERP (Oracle) or other financial systems (desirable) • Interest in growing in financial operations (desirable) • Intermediate English and Spanish (desirable for future team activities, but not mandatory for performing the initial responsibilities of the role)
