• Drive Google to the next level — identify new campaign types and funnel configurations. • Lead structured, high-volume creative testing and influence direction based on performance data. • Monitor all KPIs in Google Ads and BI tools and turn data into actionable insights. • Track industry trends and competitor angles, translating insights into testing opportunities. • Use and build upon existing automation infrastructure to improve efficiency. • Collaborate closely with the Meta UA team and other marketers.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in web subscription funnels. • Channel depth: strong hands-on knowledge of Demand Gen, Display, and Search. • Performance marketing mindset: understanding of funnels, conversion logic, and UA decisions' connection to LTV and business outcomes. • Creative thinker: ability to understand high-performing creative and influence strategy. • AI and automation-native: experience in building automation workflows. • Numbers-driven: fluent in CPA, ROAS, LTV metrics. • Detail-oriented: structured and high ownership of work. • English: B2 or higher.
