🎯 Requirements

• You have proven performance marketing results • Track record managing paid media accounts with real spend • Experience with DTC and ecommerce brands (preferred) • Strong understanding of testing and scaling • You are a strategist, not a robot • You challenge assumptions and adapt fast • You do not blindly follow “best practices” • You can explain what you are doing and why • You understand creative is the lever • You can build a creative testing roadmap • You can pull insights from reviews, competitor ads, and ad comments • You can work with editors to create winning ad variations • You can help source actor talent when needed • You can diagnose the full funnel • You can spot whether performance issues are offer, creative, or conversion • You can give clear CRO suggestions to improve landing pages • You can think beyond the ad account • You communicate clearly and lead • You can confidently speak with clients • You can present plans, results, and next steps • You stay calm, clear, and proactive • You have ownership and urgency • You act like it is your money • You move fast and follow through • You do not wait to be told what to do
