📋 Description

• Draft and revise commercial contracts, policies, and other legal documents • Protect and register intellectual property rights • Ensure legal compliance across data protection, marketing, payments, and consumer rights • Provide legal support, research, and consultation on day-to-day operations • Analyze and mitigate potential legal risks • Work with financial institutions on account opening, KYC, and compliance procedures • Liaise with law firms and service providers across different jurisdictions • Assist with potential legal disputes

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree / LLM from a reputable university • 5+ years of experience in international or top-tier law firms, or in legal roles at IT companies • Fluent English • Experience working across international jurisdictions • Strong background in contract law and intellectual property rights • Knowledge of corporate and tax structuring is a plus • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive mindset and willingness to work on a broad range of legal matters • Ability to think creatively to solve complex issues • Ability to multitask with a keen eye for detail • Cross-cultural experience is a plus • Positive attitude and high aptitude for learning new things
