📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Australian SME clients • Ensure accurate and compliant BAS and IAS lodgements • Maintain clean, reconciled financial records • Produce reliable monthly management reporting • Provide clear financial insights to support client decisions • Act as the go-to accounting partner for clients beyond compliance work • Communicate directly with Australian clients • Own and manage the client portfolio • Collaborate with Australian tax professionals • Review work and provide deeper financial insights as a senior-level applicant

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in an Australian accounting firm • Solid Australian firm experience • Strong BAS, GST, and Australian compliance experience • Confident verbal and written client communication • Advanced Xero proficiency • Experience managing Australian SME clients end-to-end • Senior-level applicants should be comfortable reviewing work and providing deeper financial insights • Experience preparing corporate tax returns is a major plus • Consent to background screening, which may include verification of education, criminal history, political exposure, bankruptcy, and adverse credit history • Agreement to Sleek's Data Privacy Statement for Candidates
