📋 Description

• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to customers • Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results and physician recommendations • Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment • Follow up with patients promptly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns • Perform virtual demonstration and education of respiratory therapy equipment • Keep track of industry news and maintain knowledge of current DME products • Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members • Maintain good relations with clients and consult with referring physicians • Identify programs that could increase revenues or customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2–3 years of DME experience • Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) strongly preferred • Ability to troubleshoot and provide recommendations for appropriate CPAP masks and equipment • Patient focused, able to understand and work towards patient objectives • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) specific to Sleep Apnea and CPAP Products • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
