• Identify, research, and qualify new sales opportunities within large pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations • Prospect into market cap pharma accounts using multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, direct mail, industry insights) • Engage stakeholders across Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, IT, Data, and Operations functions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Sales to execute strategic demand generation campaigns • Develop tailored value propositions that resonate with biotechnology and pharmaceutical business challenges • Present ROI-driven messaging using business metrics and industry-relevant justification • Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline generation targets • Maintain accurate records and high data integrity within Salesforce CRM • Continuously deepen understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, clinical development, regulatory environments, and enterprise buying processes.
• 3+ years experience in outbound and/or inbound demand generation • Experience prospecting into biotechnology or pharmaceutical organizations required • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and quota metrics • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn as a sales prospecting tool • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex technical or data-driven solutions • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
