• Technical and commercial support of HVAC customers within a defined sales territory and vertical business development in the industrial / chemical / pharmaceutical sectors • Competent technical support for planning and system sizing • Identification of business potential and maintenance of long-term, high-quality customer relationships • End-to-end customer management from initial discussions through contract negotiations to contract conclusion • Offer follow-up and scheduling/appointment monitoring • Regular customer visits and technical field service/advisory • Structured sales documentation and data maintenance in the CRM system • Company representation at trade shows, industry events and customer events
• Professional experience selling technically complex products – preferably from the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector • Completed technical degree / vocational training in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, building services/utility engineering, energy engineering, electrical engineering/building technology, or a comparable qualification with suitable professional experience • Proficient user of common software applications • Business-fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage • Experience in project and tender business, and in dealing with end customers, engineering firms and plant manufacturers • Sales- and customer-oriented working style, including very good communication skills • High willingness to travel, self-motivation, flexibility and team spirit
