• - Create clear, factual, and engaging client-facing executive summaries. • - Coordinate with UK-based clients for interview scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. • - Manage candidate communication - reminders, availability checks, and preparation calls. • - Share and monitor assessments; handle access issues and reminders. • - Review assessment results, proctoring reports, and move qualified candidates to the next stages. • - Maintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate stages, tags, and archiving closed profiles. • - Support candidate submissions by ensuring accurate and client-ready candidate documentation. • - Collaborate with internal teams/ clients to track interview outcomes and maintain real-time status updates.
• - Bachelor’s degree preferred • - 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or delivery operations • - Proficiency in Google Sheets and AI tools • - Exposure to tech recruitment • - Exposure to client-facing roles is an advantage • - Certification in AI tools is a plus
