• Technical Support Specialist role involving troubleshooting and assisting clients with technical issues • Providing support for web development platforms including WordPress and Square Space • Coordination with clients for deployment and technical needs • Ensuring customer satisfaction and high service quality • Participation in team meetings and trainings as required
• At least three (3) years of Technical support experience • Has an extensive background in Web Development • Knowledge with WordPress, Square Space, Wix • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent and Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Previous experience in appointment setting or related roles would be advantageous • Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately • Home office setup meeting specified requirements (conducive workstation) • Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/10th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12GB - 16GB ram, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor • Reliable and high-speed internet connection with contingency measures (25 mbps and up) • Availability of a personal savings account for payroll processing
