📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing consultation by phone and in writing on loan comparisons • Support customers from initial contact through contract completion • Assist customers throughout every stage of the application and closing process • Conduct needs analyses and connect customers with suitable loan offers • Provide advice without cold calling, as customers have actively submitted their contact details • Use modern communication tools and digital contract-signing solutions • Complete comprehensive onboarding in loan consulting and sales

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles, such as sales, telesales, or retail • Strong communication skills and an open, professional manner on the phone • Highly reliable and committed approach to work • Motivation to develop professionally • Completed commercial or business-related training preferred • Willingness to acquire skills in loan consulting and sales
