âą Evaluate prospective corporate and workforce partner opportunities aligned with SNHU's strategic goals. âą Build a pipeline of new partner prospects through proactive outreach, market research, and industry networking. âą Cultivate and establish relationships with senior-level decision-makers and partners at prospective organizations. âą Lead negotiations with prospective partners to secure favorable terms and initial partnership agreements. âą Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of new partnership agreements and contracts. âą Collaborate with our teams including sales, marketing, product development, operations, and legal to align new partnership plans with our goals. âą Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to workforce education partnerships. âą Identify potential risks and challenges associated with new partnership plans.
âą Bachelor's Degree âą 8+ years of experience in new business development focusing on generating new revenue including developing strategies, finding prospects, pitching and closing deals. âą Experience with corporate partnership development, or related roles. âą Experience in contract negotiation and deal structuring. âą Experience in market data analysis, trends, data literacy, and business case development. âą Experience managing and reporting on pipeline performance metrics.
