📋 Description
• Have direct involvement with our most strategic EMEA Auto customers and partners, OEM's, Tier 1 Suppliers, building trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, participate in product and solution briefings and lead co-innovation projects • Be the voice of the customer identifying industry trends, functional requirements and technical gaps to partner with product management for prioritization • Design ideas and working pilots on how the Snowflake Platform can be embedded and used for these systems • Analyze the as-is architecture and design the to-be architecture. Help realize the right (pilot) solutions with Partners/SI's to demonstrate Snowflake's capabilities • Drive repeatability by creating Industry specific technical selling assets (reference architectures, use cases, demos, customer case studies and solutions) • Collaborate with our industry go-to-market team to prioritize industry-specific capabilities in future product roadmaps and drive Snowflake’s Auto product vision into the market • Collaborate with counterparts in Global and Regional System Integration partners to jointly define Snowflake centric offerings for the Auto industry • Identify, recruit and map potential ISV partners and marketplace providers to target reference architecture, data sets and use cases • Enable technical sales team and Auto communities of practice on industry trends, partner capabilities and solution offerings • Can speak to the competitive landscape • Contribute and participate in industry marketing activities such as webinars, conferences, blogs etc.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of architecture experience building, consulting to, or implementing technology for the Automotive industry • Are well-versed in the overall challenges impacting the Auto industry and application of use cases such as Integrating Data and Eliminate Silos Across Clouds, Leveraging a Scalable and Performant Platform for Connected Vehicle Data, driving New Revenue Opportunities by Monetizing Data and MaaS, Unlocking & Scale Advanced Analytics with AI/ML Capabilities • Deep understanding of PLM systems and software and bill of materials management • Understanding of Data Science & Machine Learning concepts and applications in the Auto industry • Familiarity with Product Transformation solutions like Siemens ADAS, CGI, C360, Reply - Toyota Motors Europe, Evolv • Familiarity with Manufacturing Transformation solutions like Inductive Automation, CirrusLink, Landing.AI, Siemens Industrial Edge, HighByte • Familiarity with Supply Chain Transformation solutions like Siemens Mendix, DXC, Exiger - Supply Chain Risk Management • Broad range of experience with technical and design direction including large-scale database and/or data warehouse technology, ETL, analytics and public cloud technologies • Understand the role Catena-X plays in this space • Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos • Experience working with C-level executives and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership • Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred • The ability to travel to customer sites, industry events and other related events as required.
